Sunday Six: Things I am Thankful for...

In light of the upcoming holiday, I thought I would dedicate this Sunday Six to all that I am thankful for! So here we go:

1. Family- I know, I know... Cliché! But honestly, nothing is more important to me than my family! I am so stinking lucky to have such a great family, and I love each individual one in my own way, for different reasons, because they are all very different people. I have a HUGE family, and some of them are not actually related to me, like my best friend Heather and her parents and brother. I do not consider them friends, or friends of the family... they ARE family! They have been there for me since the very beginning, and I know I can count on them for anything! I love my husband, he is so incredible! I love all of my parents, I have seven! I love all of my brothers and sisters, there are eleven of them! I love my grandparents, my cousins, my aunts and my uncles, and my niece and nephews! Family is the only thing that has remained constant in my life, and I am so incredibly lucky to have them in my life! I hope you are ready for a bunch of family pictures!!!

2. Friends- My life has been changed by the people I have met! Some of my friendships have been really short, maybe we only see each other a couple times, but sometimes those have had the most impact on my life! Others have existed since before I can remember, and obviously those have shaped who I am as a person! Some of my friendships have recently been rekindled after years of silence, and I am so grateful for that! I am always looking to meet new people, because everyone has something to offer, everyone has a story, and everyone can benefit from the experiences that I have had in life! 3. Health- Especially during the last few weeks, I have come to really value my health! I realize that this is the only body that I will get, and I refuse to do it wrong. I really appreciate how healthy my life has been so far, and I look forward to many more years of health and happiness in the future!

4. Education- I am having a hard time figuring out how to stress how thankful I am for education! Education is my whole life! You do not need to go to school to get an education; you can get a free education at your public library! Jump on the internet, think about what you would like to learn about, and type it in! There is an unlimited amount of information that we all have at the tips of our fingers. I want to learn all that I can, and I want to help educate others!

5. Diversity- I am so thankful for the fact that we are all different! I LOVE people, ALL people! Some of my best friends are completely different than me, and that is why I love them so much! Life is beautiful because of the sum of it's parts, and to take away that would make life so boring!

6. Myself Incorporated- I love this blog! This has allowed me the opportunity to be creative, help others, and has offered me a space to be myself! I am also thankful for all of you, and your relentless support of me in my trials and tribulations! I am here because all of YOU are here! Thank you, I am so very grateful!
