TGIF

Lately I have been using my TGIF's to encourage my family, friends, and followers to become more productive, but I am going to switch gears today. I don't know if I just haven't fully recovered from LSAT's, or if it has been because of injuries and Midterms (all have occurred during the past two weeks), but I am TIRED! I have been getting an even 8 hours of sleep every night, but I am still so worn out. I am having trouble finding the motivation to get out of bed in the morning; I think the only reason I have been getting up is due to some weird robot syndrome that I swear I have (I have still been waking up about 15 minutes before my alarm goes off). So, this weekend I want to encourage those of you who have been feeling especially rundown, to take a couple days and get yourself back up to running condition. I promise, in the grand scheme of things, two days wont set you back too far! Take this time to sleep in (and not feel guilty about it), eat some good food and drink lots of water, and give yourself permission to NOT work. Every once in a while we need to calm down and give ourselves a break in order to keep from getting burnt out, and that is exactly what I am going to do this weekend!
